More Research

From the past week i have done more research on companies but also dslr searches.

The reason for a dslr is because its a big hobby from film editing to photography, this is why i have done al ot of research and purchased my self one being the Canon 550D.

Beside that I have done more research on other companies within LinkedIn, and also sent out my videos to Machinima, them self.

Machinima being one of the largest YouTube channels and still growing with directors, programmers and also film editors, so as film editing and editing Machinima video clips this has become a big hobby for me, which leads me to sending my footage to them , to see whether my standards  was up to scratch but also seeing if i am able to become a Machinima director.

This also means working as a full timer or student but making videos as a second job giving me online experience and a name within the online world.

So far they have not got back to me , but have allowed me to upload my video to the public on there website, to see whether it gains enough views and comments.

Self-Promotion

Since I don't have a name within the online side, i will have to look into what web sites are looking for such as job finding and making a name so that people know who i am.

So by setting up my online portfolio this allows me to share and present my self to many companies to see my work but also allowing them to judge it to see whether it meets there requirements.

LinkedIn being one of the main ones I've been using and by following a number of companies they also tell you whether there is a job available so that you can be first to know and send in your CV.

Another Job search engine is GameIndustry, which is a basic search engine that searches loads of jobs for your requirements.

Jobsdbase.net is also the same as Gameindustry, they both require a number of search tools which allows you to manage what type of jobs you are looking for but also searching for Game testers as a job.

so all these are all three search engines that I've been using and so far LinkedIn is by far the best because you have your own profile within there system which companies can check up and see your information easily.

As a example Nexon just had a update , it will automatically show on your profile so that you know they had a update on jobs or hired people and updates on the company.
This will only show if you had followed them and as being a Maple Story fan i followed up so i new what was going on and also to see if they had any jobs around.

If the link doesn't work, this is what they had for a update 2days ago.
